prior debit

I am so fed up with capfin..every Month they debit my account before I get paid.I have been calling you all the time to tell them I get paid on the 15th,but still they debit before I get paid.this makes my account unpaids and hence incur service fees.this also results in my loan account being in arrears.THE FINAL STRAW was today...I received an sms yesterday to fund my account.I called the call center and advised that I get paid on the 11th this month..the lady I spoke to said the sms was sent out to all its customers and they will debit as soon as money gets deposited into my account which will be the 11th..NOW THIS MORNING THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT and it bounced because I didn't have funds..I am sick of this and I want answers now!!!
