Possible Hidden Charges.
I had a good experience with them and hassle free but my term is finish of which is 6 month. To my surprise I have a remaining balance. What could a 7th month fees for if our contract is for 6 months. I regard it as hidden fees of which I was not aware of. Can I get a clarity on that note as the 7th debit order is eminent.

08 Nov 2019, 16:07 guys. The lady called and tried to convince me that I have 1 month left. I said to her my last payment in November. She insisted that my last month is December. She sent me a statement. We are both right. My loan is 1 installment left, . I thought she was robbing me. Please trace her for me and apologize on my behalf. I was wrong to get emotional. I am sorry the confusion here is 1 December. I said 1 of every month to avoid problems but the fact is. My last payment is for November but debited in December for assurance. Communication was a problem. By the way I have enjoyed your services, my ignorance I have counted wrong. 1 month left. If possible I would love to apologize to her direct. I believe she was a con artist and I was wrong. But vigilant is crucial these days. Not justifying my mistake. I'm sorry.
