Poor Services

I am very disappointed with the level of service provided by the consultants. I had several calls on 15/05 from consultants and had advised they call me back as I would be in an awkward place to speak. Consultants would not ring me back as per agreed, but they did not.

When I had rang the offices back and spoke with a consultant and the TL they advised I need more document for my Loan to be processed. This is frustrating cause with me speaking with the 1st consultant she wanted to process my documents and ask a few questions as someone who is going to help with the request.

Now I am upset they are delaying my request and it really feels like an inconvenience
