Poor service provider and lazy consultants.

I app**** for a loan on the 13th of December 2022,everything went well,I got approved and a debichrck mandate was sent out which I approved and is active on my banking app,it even has a contract reference number, Am still waiting for the funds to be paid in,called their call Centre numerous times and am being told different stories but no one is willing to help.I feel super frustrated and most of their consultants put me on hold pretending to help than cut the call.I feel like am a beggar to this people .One consultant says the they see that have approved the drbicheck mandated the funds will be paid within the next 48hrs that was said on Monday 19th Dec and today when I called you said I must wait another 48hrs.Your services is ridiculous and your consultants very lazy to even escalate my query
