Poor service from capfin
After I wrote my review on 11th of November, caption customer services contacted me informing that I can only get help if I can contact caption legal, they issued contact details of capfin legal and since I contact them from the 11th of November till now, it just ring twice and goes straight to voice mail.capfin legal I really need to pay my account and issued with a paid up letter and also my name to be removed from the listing.
