Poor service for capfin
I would like to rate capfin low because Whr they do to they existing customers it’s not fair because they did not know how to treat them fair as I had a loan with them previous with a low salary and I was approved and paid on time even even missed a debit order but now wen I try a new one no funds available and it’s the time u are in need yesterday even tried contacting the call centre a lady Lebogang said I should send 3 months payslip and they will review bt they still send the some response with out even explaining why I would never recommend this to anyone poor service. Even read some comments on hello Peter a lot of ppl are complaining about this

11 Oct 2023, 08:59I spoke to the lady in the morning and she told me that they give us hope yes but it does not mean u will qualify and they check the report every week and that does not sit well coz we get our hopes well and I want to close all my debt and only pay capfin
