Poor service by Pep and Capfin

I've had a horrible experience with Capfin and Pep, I went to Pep asking for proof that I don't have any outstanding loan with Capfin, the horrible cashier just turned me back and asked me for papers and numbers I didn't have since I don't hold any account with Capfin and Pep anymore.

Please fix this incompetence and inconvenience because it's time wasting as I need this document for an urgent financial transaction but these stupid Pep Cashiers have a never to hold me back, waste my time while asking me for things I don't have.

I feel like taking a loan with Capfin was the worse decision I've ever taken because after my great service to them they have the gall to stall me with useless numbers!!!!
