Poor service

I wouldn't recommend Capfin loans to anyone due to their poor services that they provide with their agents that are dropping calls when you need help

I spoke with agent on the 30th we discussed about my outstanding balance she sent me sms with the outstanding balance i arrange debit order for the whole amount. On the 31 midnight 2 debit orders went through for installment amount which is 1347.83 and the second installment was 667.80 which was the arrear amount i was behind which is i was done with my loan I requested closer letter or paid up letter i kept on calling agents drop the call or put me on hold

I called again Today requesting to speak with a manager but agent kept on saying he will escalate to manager i dont knw how

I did send proof of payments more than once My ID number is *** My email address is *** My cellphone number is ***
