*Poor delivery service and poor customer care* I had a loan with Capfin I couldn't couldn't finish paying them back then became I got retrenched at my previous work and my account was handed over I then found another job I was able to pay them and finish them so now I've been waiting for the paid up letter it's been a month now and I'm not getting any assistance from them can you kindly assist me with this matter
