I have tried to apply for a Capfin loan using their USSD service online using *120*6454# which prompt to give options, while I was on it, it kicked me off, in trying to continue to process application it had said “ You alread have new application on progress followed after that no SMS to say whether I should continue or whether it has been processed, I then took an initiative to call their Call centre number *** which I was abruptly told off by three ladies that they can’t help me, They told me that they reporting the matter to their Team leader!! They were very angry and stubborn, and I couldn’t understand why? The only lady who was polite was Ntombi, the fourth lady.... Which I called Capfin 4 times using my airtime.

I have been in business with them since 2018 and I pay them very well in so nothing to justify their rude behaviour and unwillingness to help.

I wouldn’t recommend Capfin to anyone in the near future, they are just useless financial service who is hungry on interest, taking advantage of people who are in need of money.
