please i am not under debt review

i have contacted capfin with regards to my account and they advise me to contact consumer friend as my account is showing as i am under debt review, i have contact consumer friend which they have confirmed that i am no longer under debt review, i have obtained my clearance certificate in december, all i want is my statement for my account, can you please sort this out consumer friend sent an email to capfin advising them that i am no longer under debt view, can you please sort this out, if i do not get my statement i will not pay this account, i will reverse the debit order until you sort out , please sort out your communication with consumer friend this is so unprofessional
