Not professional at all. My mum got a sms saying she can borrow R2000. She used the ussd and it said she can borrow R2000. She has a account with Capfin and that is why she could borrow again.She was very relieved as she needed the money to pay bills and do maintenance in the house.The next day she received a sms saying she does not qualify.What **** is that.You keep our dam hopes up.We can afford this loan as my mum get a salary every month and its a debit order.Giving false hope to your clients. Its pathetic. I will NEVER recommend capfin 2 any of my friends and family mxm.Go to hell.We were looking forward on some financial help.
