Payment Profile Submission

I settled my account on the 27th May 2015 and got my paid up letter on the 3rd it was emailed to me by Zandi Ngcobo from VVM Attorneys. It was also sent to Capfiin and according to capfin they informed me that they submit to their respective credit bureaus monthly on the 7th. My question is, Capfin did you submit my payment prrofile to ITC? If so when and I requested my credit report from Transunion you have not submit anything I was adviced that there is no new information from you. How long does it takes for you to submit consumers profiles because it was before the 7th of June when I receive my paid up letter.Your service is very dissapointing please submit my profile to your respective credit bureau.I will do a follow up on this matter and I can also involve my lawyer if there's no progress
