Pay back my money!
I have taken a loan with CAPFIN and paid it off. While paying it off I overpaid as they deducted their instalment and I paid it off. They owe me R2000+. I have requested for this to be paid back to my account to no avail. Their system shows that I overpaid them and that they received the money but they don’t want to correct this for some reason. Do better CAPFIN
