Pathetic Service

I have had the worst experience with capfin . I called capfin to inquire about a loan. I was told I need to go into any ackermans or pep store with 3 month banks statement, payslips and id. I went into ackermans store vangate mall and app**** instore this cost me money as I had to print out all these documents and needed busfare to get to the ackermans store as well. Fter my documents were scanned in instore I was told someone will contact me within an hour. To date my documents has not been received and no one has called me to complete my application. I am disgusted with the service received I need an update and when my loan will be paid out. I just wasted my money for nothing.
