Pathetic and ridiculous dec early payment rule

So i have a loan with capfin that i am currently paying off, they sent me an sms in December that they are going to debit the money earlier that usual, well i had a problem with my phone and i got it fixed the next day and the sms came through the next day when my phone was fixed, whats ****ing me off is that when i called their call center, the lady gave me an attitude telling me that they can not change the debit order date and i only get paid on the 22nd in December. what nonsense is that, so my account is pending debit cause of this stupid rule they have, this is nonsense!!!!! After paying their loan off, i am never using them again.
