Pathetic
Lodged a complaint someone called on Friday went through loan application confirmed everything ayesha also called on Saturday to confirm employment today get message declined due to me not banking with another bank except bidvest however the lady assured me that all is well and that I will just need to put in money in my capitec to cover the installments
Please advise what the he'll is going on I am tired of this poor service
