1- I app**** on your website because I received an email from you 2- All my documents were uploaded on the 24th of april 3- I have had no feedback until I send through a call request 4- Anyone that calls me back gives me the same feedback that my application was successful and I should wait to receive an sms from you! 5- Eventually on Saturday this was escalated still no feedback, this was escalated so many times that it should now be at your CEO level 6- This morning someone called me after I sent the call request again for the umpteenth time, then the guy tells me there is a problem with my bank account and it could not be verified. Yes I bank with Bidvest which was not an option on your system so I used my husbands capitec account for the sake of the application going through. But then I spoke to one of your consultnats to change this which they could not do. 7- My question is you tell me my bank details cannot work after a whole week, you lie on your adverts that this is a quick and easy process and I will take this up to every complaints system that I can! Useless service
