paid up loan still outstanding.

I took some cash from Capfin to help with a funeral. After the funeral i skipped some months without paying. I then made payment with Nimble Collections, who had contacted me representing Capfin. On the 17 March 2014n i paid the loan off in full. I then contacted Nimle to confirm the receipt of payment. I then called CApfin to check in Dec 2014 and my surprise i still them . I sent them the paid up letter and i heard nothing i decided to check now in June 2015. Guess what.I still owe Capfin. I asked to be trasferred to Legal at 16h42. After several attempt i was told that they had gone home. Eveb though they knock off at 17:00. I am greatly dissappointed with this kind of service. Capfin promises are empty. They claim fast and effecient service. Even when I called today I did not get any help. I have a new born and trying to get a car.this is not helping.
