Paid up Letter

I paid my Capfin account in full still waiiting for my paid up letter from VVM Attorneys. How long does it takes for your collection agency to send paid up letters to consumers? Capfin can please intervene because its so evident that I won't receive my letter anytime soon.<br> <br> Should I go straight to VVM at Randburg 332 @ Kent Avenue for my paid up letter?
