Paid up letter
Shocking service indeed. my account was long time paid up and closed. To my surprise my name still reflects as a default from itc. Iv called in yesterday informing them that I need the paid up letter and the should update their records with ITC. I was advised to wait for 7days for the letters to be sent. Why 7 days? I need that letter asap as my home loan has been rejected because of you guys. Please contact me asap.<br> <br>
