Paid up letter
I paid up my account a few months ago and are since struggling to get a paid up letter from Capfin. I have phoned on numerous accusations, and every time I am being told that the letter will be emailed to me after 10 working days but never happens. Please could you urgently provide me with a paid up letter??

19 May 2021, 14:16I received a call from Capfin advising that a paid up letter will only be emailed after 15 days. This is absolutely ridiculous as I am already waiting for more than a month. Please could you send the letter ASAP
