Paid up but not removed from Experian
I desperately need assistance and to get to the bottom of my query.
I had a loan with Capfin which was handed over to MBD, i then settled the amount with MBD and they provided me with a paid up letter.
To my surprise, i checked my credit report with Experian and capfin still shows up as active and open. This is affecting me as i cant apply for anything!!!! You guys need to update my details urgently and provide the correct information to all the credit bureaus. I can be contacted on ***.
