My name is francina Malesela had loan with capfin and lost my job in 2021i could not pay bir in 22 i got a job and made arrangements to pay i started paying ans wnd paying in 26 January 2023, when i check my credit score i still owe capfin, ihave aak for settlement letter but i ger no help, i ask rhem to update that i paid in full still they failed. It's ayear now wirh no help
