overpaid capfin loan

I have over paid capfin account. I need a refund, it has been three weeks, but still now i am back to start again requesting for repayment. I have sent the email to legal department with all proof that i paid them. they confirmed that they indeed received the money. I also have the sms from them confirming my payment. now they are telling me that i have been handed to attorneys and they cant refund me. the attorney also says the money have been paid in cap-fin account, so they also cant refund me. I am very angry and sad. I cant pay my other things since they have that money for this long.
