OUTSTANDING BALANCE NOT DECREASING EVEN AFTER A BALANCE HAS BEEN PAID
I don't understand. This must be some sort òf glitch because it just can't be! Last month after paying my capfin loan, the balance was sitting at 6 000 something. I just paid again and the balance is still 6800.00? There must be a mistake, it just can't be. Capfin please explain because I am working really hard to pay off this loan. Why is the amount not going down but remaining as is?
