Online System is broken
I have been trying to log in too many times. Every time I enter my ID I get redirected to the landing page, I don't get to enter my OTP number. Now my account has been locked. However I have submitted all required documents it's been almost two weeks now and Still I have not been able to apply for a Loan. How long does it take to get a loan with you guys?

10 Mar 2023, 09:24You guys are trying to reach me on an unavailable number. The problem here is that my account is now locked. How? cause I have not been able to log in? Your page does not take me to the OTP page. I am asked to enter my ID, when I do It reloads to the same page 100 times. All I wanted was to take up a loan with Capfin. I guess I'll have to go elsewhere. This is too much Admin. And I advise anyone else not to use your service because you are affecting our credit score unnecessary so. Capfin is bad
