***** on my ID Number at CAPFIN.

I tried to apply for a capfin loan, only to find out that my details are linked to a number i dont know of, and they opened a loan using my details.

Its *****, and why would they allow someone to apply for a loan without an original ID being presented to them? I need this resolved as it affects my credit score. I called their legal department they said they are currently in a meeting, and I need this resolved.
