Not updated ITC listing

Hi,<br> <br> Sometime last year I took a loan with Capfin unforunately the loan was in arrears and they handed me over to Vertex solutions which is a debt collecting agency.<br> <br> On the 1st of April last Month I settled my Capfin account through Vertex but Capfin is not updating my payment status on the ITC.<br> <br> I have made numerous calls to Capfin and Vertex and they both keep on saying the other is responsible, I think Vertex solutions is right as the credit provider Capfin should be the one who update my payment profile.<br> <br> This is really frustrating because I can not get approved for anything at the moment.<br> <br> Please assist.<br> <br> Kind Regards,<br> Humphrey.
