Not impressed !

I've been with Capfin for a while and I've always paid my loan installments on time. Unfortunately I fell into hard times and I missed an installment (1 installment). Capfin didn't even phone me to ask about payment they just handed my account over I find this extremely inconsiderate. Not impressed I wouldn't recommend Capfin to anyone because of this.
