NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE

<p>Dear Hellopeter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have beenn paying Capfin via VVM Debt Collectors and I paid them up long time ago (April) but when I call capfin to check they always tell me that I have been handed over still, they first advised me to send them the paid up letter which I requested from VVM and forwaded it to them on the 20th of May and then I called to check end of June they told me to send again but today again I called and the profile is still saying I have been handed over and then the lady asked me to again resend. How many times am i going to resend? Pls Hellopeter can you assist.</p>
