Not debiting and affecting my credit record!

I took a loan with capfin and could not pay it as I had Financial problems. It was then handed over to KGB attorneys. They called me and we agreed on a debit day on 25 of each month. They then debited me on the 27th and 28th of each month even though the 25th fell on a weekday. I reversed the debits because i was not fami**** with the reference used and all my debits go off on the 25th. They called me to explain that my debits were disputed and I explained the reason above and requested for them to reinstate the debit to go off on the 25th but the same thing happened. I have several debits going off my account and after the 25th or 2 days after a working day(if 25th falls on a weekend or holiday) I withdraw all my funds in the account 2 days after my debits went off. They have caused me a lot of bank charges due to the late debits and affected my credit record with interest being added on the balance. I submitted my complain via email through them and was not contacted, I called after a month as they stopped debiting and they advised that they received my email but did not respond. I requested them to debit me on 29/03/2016 and they advised the debit has been sent bank. Waiting.
