Not AGAIN!!???? Why?

Why do you people insist on doing this to me? I am most annoyed. I just received an sms from my bank stating that you are trying to take my instalment - but why when you know i only get paid on the 25th? Why why why? You done this to me last year and ended up paying me the bank charges - BUT WHAT ABOUT MY CREDIT RATING? My bank has informed me that this is seen as a Returned debit and creates a Negative score on my Portfolio. If i wanted a bad portfolio i could do that on my own thank you very much, i dont NEED you to do this. It also means that i cannot apply for an increase on Overdraft or Revolving loan for the next 6 months. Why do you continue to do this to me ... it is NOT tracking but an actual request and we have discussed this before. You are leaving me with no choice but to go to the Ombudsman
