Non buraue update on paid up loan

I paid up my loan last month on the 6th April, Capfin has however been sending me sms's stating im owing, their system is ubsurd. I mean how can a consultant issue a paid up letter for a loan then on the other side still get endless emails and sms's demanding payment. Today is the 8th and capfin has not updated my bureau. They quick to add arrears or non payment but lazy to update that loans are paid up.
