NO TRACE OF BUREAU LISTED ACCOUNT?????

I had a full credit report done on 29/10/2018.

"SV*** T/A CAPFIN" is the only outstanding account on my credit profile.

I contacted CAPFIN for a balance request where I was told there is no history or account for me since 2014 already.

I was reffered to "Consumer friend" who also had no idea about this account and in turn referred me to the collections department - again NO TRACE OF ANY ACCOUNT.

The report also shows that this accounts term was extended and is only 4 months in arrears and I DEFINITELY did not make ANY arrangements or payments with them regarding ANYTHING!!

Then under employment history I was apparently employed by "Capfin Media" on two seperate occasions: 2014/12/20 2016/03/05 ,

I HAVE NEVER WORKED FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

ACCORDING TO THE REPORT I OWE THEM BUT NONE OF THEIR DEPARTMENTS HAVE ANY INFORMATION REGARDING THIS???
