No Service
capfin stuff have no idea what service is and taking accountability or ownership for anything i have sent them 5 emails and called 3 times and each day its the same reply our turn around time is 48 working hours yet a week later no feedback no reply no update no one even takes time look at what you requesting take ownership of the query i work in a contact centre as well service should be the mean aim regardless if people are taking out loans or not service is service
