No refund to me is paid by Capfin

No refund is paid to me by Capfin. My Capfin loan account was full paid on 5th of Sep 2022 and Capfin didn't close the account and another payment was made on the 8th of Sep 2022,I submitted the proof of payments on the 13th of Sep 2022 and was told the refund will be paid into my account within 48hours,I am still waiting, it's been more than 72 hours now,bad service.
