NO PAID UP LETTER

Hi Capfin, you use a company by the name of Nimble for collection. I asked you for a paid up letter, you referred me to them, I asked them for a paid up latter, they say they are requesting it from you. I NEED IT URGENTLY PLEASE. I cannot run around for such a simple request.
