NO LOAN
Yesterday i received a letter from lawyers stating that i have refused to repay a loan of over R5000 from CapFin. I have not made any loans and cannot as i am a housewife for the last 5 years and do not even have a bank account. They want to now take further action! I have emailed both Capfin and the lawyers demanding where, how and what bank account?? still no reply. I have not received a call, email sms nothing before this... this now gives my credit rating a knock for something i did not even have! How does a comapny just hand over clients to lawyers with no proper checks. I am awaiting a reply, cause very soon i WILL report this negligence to the ombudsman.
