No knowledge at all.

I am very disappointed with Capfin. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years now. I wanted to take top up my loan, sent my documents but whomever is reading the statements has no accounting stands. I sent a 6 months statement so they can see that I get paid on the 1st of every month but should the 1st fall on a weekend then payment is done on the last day of the month. Everyone knows this but not them.

September 1st was on a Sunday so I got paid on the 30th of August the statement shows this in black and white. On the 1st of August payment was done as per norm for the month of August. So why would my statement show 2 payment in one month? 1st August and again 30th August and nothing in September?

Do your due diligence in understanding how statements work before you keep asking me for the same thing over and over again when it's right in front of your eye.
