NO INFORMATION UPDATED ON CREDIT BUREAUS...
I HAD A LOAN WITH CAPFIN WHICH I PAID OFF IN DECEMBER 2015. I REQUESTED A PAID UP LETTER AND REQUESTED THE INFORMATION UPDATED ON THE CREDIT BUREAUS... HOWEVER AFTER ONE MONTH I AM STILL WAITING ON THE PAID UP LETTER AND THE INFORMATION TO BE REMOVED FROM THE CREDIT BUREAU. THE ACCOUNT STILL REFLECTS AS OPEN/ACTIVE. PLEASE URGENTLY SEND THE INSTRUCTION TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS....
