No help provided in a case of emergencies

Hi <br> <br> I have never been sooo disappointed in a service provider as i am with Capfin. I have a loan for 6 months and i can see that the monthly instalemnt will a problem. I have requested for my term to be extended to 12 months as they now have that option. Im being told that i have to fall into arrears first before they can do anything. I on the other hand is avoiding for my account to fall into arrears and reflect badly in my name.....im being told they cant because i agreed to a 6 months contract.
