No help form Capfin legal department.

My husband had one payment left when he unexpectedly passed away. I have been contacting Capfin a number of times and emailing the legal department to close my late husbands acc to no avail, instead I just keep on getting threatening messages from Capfin bec of (the now) late payment and every time I phone them they just re direct me to email the legal department again. It is a vicious circle that has no end result and it forces me to have to deal with his passing yet again and thus resulting in me having a emotional breakdown every single time and not being able to take care of our children bec of the breakdown!
