No feedback

I always used to recommend capfin. As capfin was fast and you always got feedback. I have an exciting loan. And loyalty points. But after my car broke down I app**** for a second loan on that one. As they say I qualify. I app**** on Monday and submitted my documents via email. Since then no response. No phone call. I have phone and all that was said is that it will be submitted. Its Saturday today. Nothing. I am highly disappointed 😞 . What happened to Capfin? Are you short on staff ? Do you have technical problems? Why ?
