Hi I am very disappointed with the slow response from Capfin. I app**** for a loan on Tuesday and since then I have not received any feedback instead I keep getting smses instructing me to go back to Pep to scan my documents but I have gone twice already and also sent them via email. When a person apply for a loan it's usually an emergency and the person usually needs it for something important and urgent. I sent a message on Facebook and someone said I'll get a call but still nothing yet. I just need to know if it is approved or not so if it's not I can make other plans.my number is ********** can someone please call me with feedback
