No communication or service!!!!

Made a loan in 2016 wich I paid off the same year. Made a second one in the following year (2017) wich I also paid off (cash in store - Pep). They claim that I never paid off the loan in full from 2017??? My question is : if I never paid off the loan, they would of handed me over to the attorneys by this time!! (Wich of course never happened because the amount was settled in full.) Asked them several times via telephone conversations plus emails, if could they can investigate the matter in their side, but no communication or contact up until now as we spea****! Can't make more debt at other companies, due to the fact that they don't do their job properly!!!! Very pathetic service!!!! Henry Pearson
