no communication

Hi,<br> Sometime towards the end of 2014 took out a loan with capfin. Due to circumstances I could not repay it and I was handed over. In april 2015 I wanted to settle the debt but I don't know the debt collection agency that I was handed over to and when I contacted capfin they told me to wait for 5 working days they'll sms me the contact details of this particular company. Till today I am waiting for that information and this will have a negative rating on my credit score.
