No available loan even though loan is settled

I've app**** for a 6 months loan at capfin on the 31st of October I've decided to settled my loan on the 14 December however I don't understand if capfin can you see you settle your 6 month loan within 2 months how come there ain't any loan amount available...every time I call the call centre they say I have to wait for a SMS because they still need to do credit check to see if there's any money available for me it's just ridiculous it's obvious to see I can afford to pay my loans even settle it before settlement agreement date
