NO assistance from Capfin during Lockdown

Good day, I tried to arrange a payment holiday for my loan instalment with Capfin. They bluntly refuse, on facebook and also on mail. I forwarded them proof that I am on unpaid leave, with no salary, because of the Lockdown. They keep on telling me the debit order WILL run end of the month. Is this even legal during this time? What will the best public arena be to escalate this to? I am not behind on any payment, and trying to mitigate my situation. I am not just hiding away!! JA Marais. ***
