Never again do business with Capfin

I got a Capfin loan in 2014 I cant remember which month. During the 2014 I had financial problem, so i couldn't pay my account every month. As a result my account was handed over to lawyer. In February 2015 I settled the account with their lawyer. Funny enough my account is not paid up with Capfin while I paid everything in February. I was trying to buy a car now i cant because I haven't been paying Cafin over six month and its correct because i settled the account in January or February this year. why should now i loose buying a car i love because someone at Capfin didn't do their job. Thanks Capfin I will never do business with you and i will defiantly discourage anyone i know to get a loan with capfin. If you want problem get Capfin loan. To make matter worse I have been calling their call centre to get the matter sorted from 19 October 2015 and the matter has been escalated since Monday 19. I have called capfin call centre on 19,20,21,22,23 to have the matter sorted and my problem is still being escalated. but no one from capfin even called me and tell me how far is my query.i sent settlement letter from their lawyers but nothing has been done.
